Water that has been mixed with sacred objects
This type of water is sacred and purifies when mixed with sacred objects or things, for example soap, flour, camphor, sap, oil, and other things that are usually separated from water.
Soap, oil, flour, camphor, sap, or other similar things are sacred objects.
Water mixed with holy items or items that are not unclean.
The law remains sacred.
Like water mixed with soap, camphor, flour, and others.
As long as the name of the water is still attached to it.
However, if the water has lost its character as absolute or pure water, then the water is sacred but not purifying.
For example, water mixed with milk.
Even though water is holy and milk is also a holy object, the mixture of water and milk has removed the main characteristic of pure water to become a milk solution.
Water like this can no longer be said to be absolute water so it is legally invalid to be used for ablution or janabah bathing. Even though it is still holy.

The same thing happens in the case of water mixed with other objects such as brewed tea, coffee, coconut milk, or soup stock, even though they all contain water and are mixed with sacred objects, the water experiences a change in character and loses its absoluteness.
So, even though the water is still holy, it is not valid to be used as a medium for purification.
Meanwhile, regarding water mixed with flour, there is a hadith narrated by Umm Hani’.
From Umm Hani’ that Rasulullah Shalallahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam bathed with Maimunah Radhiyallahu ‘Anh from the same container which contained the remains of flour. (HR. An-Nasai and Ibnu Khuzaimah)
