From Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her): “When the Prophet (SAW) went to bed every night, he would cup his hands together, blow into them, and recite: Qul huwallahu ahad, Qul a’udzu birabbil falaq, and Qul a’udzu birabbin nas. Then he would wipe his hands over whatever parts of his body he could reach, starting with his head, face, and the front of his body. He would do this three times.”
