Who were the first descendants of Adam and Eve?

After living together on earth for so long, Allah SWT blessed them both with many offspring.

Every time she gave birth, Eve was blessed with twins, a son and a daughter.

Their first pair of twins were Qabil and Iqlima.

Followed by Abel and Labuda.

One of Adam’s sons who later became a prophet was Syits, Azura’s twin.

By order of Allah SWT, Adam married his sons and daughters crosswise, not from one birth.

Adam’s descendants increasingly developed and spread to all parts of the earth as they are now.

When did Adam die?

Prophet Adam lived for 930 years, estimated at 3760-2830 BC.

Before he died, Adam wanted to eat fruit from heaven.

His children tried to find the fruit.

However, on the way they met several angels and ordered them to go home.

The angels were sent by Allah SWT to take Adam to heaven.

The angels, who also carried shrouds, shovels and hoes, then washed, shrouded, prayed and buried Adam’s body.

That was the first time angels taught humans how to bury their dead.

Do you know?

On Jabal Rahmah Hill, a monument is now being built, 1.8 meters wide and 4 meters high.

The place where the monument stands is believed to be the point where Adam and Eve first met.

Hajj pilgrims who have finished wukuf at Arafah will usually also pray at that place.
